— WORK WITH RIFT EDUCATION
Game-based learning for your team, your organization, or your practice.
Every group is different, so every engagement gets built for the skill you need developed. Here's what that usually looks like, and what it usually costs.
A SESSION
A keynote, a conference session, or a facilitated workshop. Half-day and full-day formats. No gaming experience required from anyone in the room.
Includes:
Pre-session consultation to identify target skills, game selection and session design, full facilitation and equipment, structured debrief, and a participant takeaway.
Typical fits:
A 60-minute conference keynote ($750–$1,500). A half-day workshop for a single team ($1,500–$3,000). A full-day session for a larger group ($3,000–$5,000).
→ Start a ConversationA PROGRAM
Skills development that runs across weeks or months, not a single afternoon. Built when one-and-done training hasn't closed the gap.
Includes:
Skills assessment and outcome definition, a multi-session arc with game progression, debrief protocols, measurement framework, and facilitation across the program. Design-only engagements are available at $200/hr if you have facilitators in-house.
Typical fits:
A four-session arc for one cohort ($8,000–$15,000). A semester or quarter-long program across multiple cohorts ($15,000–$30,000).
→ Start a ConversationA PARTNERSHIP
Facilitator training and long-term capability building, so the Rift Method™ runs inside your organization without Rift in the room.
Includes:
Facilitator certification, methodology documentation, game library guidance, and ongoing support. Annual licensing available for organizations running the method at scale.
Typical fits:
Certifying a cohort of internal facilitators, or licensing the method across sites or regions.
